Business Hours
Our business hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday PST. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
Phone Orders and Method of Payment
We sell strictly wholesale only. Phone orders are most common but we prefer if you fax in orders to help eliminate any chances of error. Most common form of payment is C.O.D. cash. On approved credit we offer C.O.D. company check. We now offer credit card payments. The credit card must be a business card or the business owner's own personal card.

Dealer or Distributor Information
To become a Dealer you need the following: - Valid business license or Tax ID Number.
- Business letterhead or business card.
- Must be listed in the local phone directory.
To become a Distributor you need the following: - Everything to become a Dealer (see above).
- Required initial purchases.
- Must be in an appropriate location.
Shipping
Our primary method of shipping will be United Parcel Service (UPS). We will ship orders UPS ground service unless you specify otherwise. UPS ground service will take 7-10 working days to the east coast. UPS offers other faster services at an additional charge. If for some reason a shipment is returned to us and it is not our fault, you will be responsible for all the freight charges and will not be shipped any other products until the incurred shipping charges have been paid.

Shipping Errors / Damaged Shipments
If you receive an incorrect item due to shipping error we will issue a Call Tag (where available) at no charge or have you ship it ground back to us (we will reimburse you for the shipping charge). The correct items that are re-shipped to you will be charged for the parts only and we will pre-pay ground charges. Upon receipt of the incorrect parts we will issue a credit to you. When you receive a shipment from our company, please inspect the cartons immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Damage claims must be made with the freight carrier. Mackin Industries is not responsible for any damages incurred in transit.
Specification and Pricing
Prices, design and specifications are subject to change without notice. All merchandise information presented in the catalogs and price sheets were true and correct at the time of publication.
Limited Warranty
All merchandise manufactured by Rays and Wheel Mate are fully warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the time of purchase. If any item is suspected of being defective, return item to Mackin Industries after obtaining the proper R.A. number. A RA number must be written on the outside of the carton to be returned; any carton without a proper RA number will be refused. We will not accept any C.O.D. returns unless specified by a Mackin Industries representative. If any item is determined to be defective, it will be replaced. On any warranty claims, we will be responsible for parts only. We will not be responsible for any labor or inconvenience charges.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns must be approved and issued a proper RA number. An RA number does not guarantee replacement or refund; only that we will inspect the merchandise on your claim. Items must be returned in new, reasonable condition.
Returns must be sent freight pre-paid by you. Authorization to return unwanted merchandise must be obtained within a 30 day period from purchase. We will except our distributors to keep any mis-ordered items for stock. All allowable returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. A copy of our invoice must accompany your return.
Special Orders
We stock most of the popular applications in our California warehouse. Fitments which are not listed may be special ordered. Please call regarding these applications. Please note that special orders require full deposits and may take 60-90 days from overseas.
